How long will my order take?
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. The clock starts once we have all your information and full payment, and shipping time is added. Rush orders may be available for a fee, depending on capacity.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. Supplied goods are at your risk, and we recommend ordering about 5% extra to cover normal variance.
Do you help with artwork?
Yes. Our in-house graphic design team can help. Just mention it in your quote request.
Do I approve a proof?
Yes. You review and approve a proof before production. Once you approve it and pay, no changes can be made.
